We have introduced some great new features to help you manage your account and would like to inform you how these will make using your members portal really easy.

Here are some of the changes we have made to our services:

• – You can now check the status of your packages at a glance using our new tab. Our status tab will show you the progress of your shipping progress from the moment your package is uploaded to your dashboard right up to when it leaves our facility.
• – Additional actions can be now be selected instantly, directly from your dashboard.
• – We have introduced significant price reductions to our shipping costs for lower weight packages to all destinations across all our membership plans. Up to 20% price reduction.
• – Standard members will now receive further savings on their shipping costs.
• – You can now credit your account using our new ‘Virtual Wallet’, giving you  much more convenience in managing your transactions.
• – Our website has been redesigned from the ground up, offering a professional and user-friendly service  incorporating all the latest web tools.
• – BuyForMe service will be available for all visitors to the new site.

Along with these charges, we recently partnered with Trustpilot, one of the leading review platforms, to collect our customer feedback and will continue to listen to what you think and need from us and adapt our service accordingly.

As part of the ongoing commitment to keep our shipping and membership costs competitive , we will no longer ship domestically within the UK, but still continue to offer the excellent worldwide service to we have always given to our customers.
